Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Arctic Royal ships to all countries within Norway and the European Union / European Economic Area (EU/EEA). If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to assist.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Norwegian public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) CET are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch:

Norway: 3–5 business days
Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 3–5 business days
EU/EEA (other countries): 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Arctic Royal is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs and Duties (EU/EEA)

For orders shipped within the EU/EEA, no customs duties apply under the rules of the European single market. For countries outside the EU/EEA, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our contact form with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
