Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Norwegian Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and applies to purchases made within Norway and the EU/EEA.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us by:

Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukerrådet), though this is not required.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The withdrawal notice must be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- All original accessories and documentation must be included.
Goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened food supplements or consumables).
- Goods that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications.
If a product is returned opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to reject the return or reduce the refund accordingly.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit on the return journey.
6. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the product price — including the original outbound shipping cost if you are returning all items in the order — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you are only returning part of your order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact form within a reasonable time of discovery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).
